Limited Time SMSF Administration Fee Offer

David Busoli, Principal

We will waive our wholesale base administration fee for the preparation of the 2021-2022 financial statements and income tax return where an application to transfer the Fund’s administration to our service has been submitted by close of business on 30th June 2022. Ancillary fees, including for audit, actuarial and various non-standard items will still apply.

In addition to an enhanced SMSF service, key considerations for your clients are:

  • if they have not paid fees in advance for the 2021-2022 work, a one off saving of up to $2,000 will apply
  • if they have paid non-refundable administration fees then they will not be monetarily disadvantaged as we will absorb the cost

Our standard monthly fees will apply from 1 July 2022 for the 2022-2023 financial year. Please refer to our Fee Schedule for full details and note that a price increase consistent with CPI is expected from 1 July 2022.

It is important to note, that our reasonable expectation is that funds that transfer to our service under this special offer will remain with us for at least 3 full fee-paying years unless they leave your influence, the fund is wound up due to the death of a member or our service standards fail. This offer is not applicable to funds that are intended to be wound up or to those that have more than one year outstanding for lodgement or compliance issues. We are confident that we can rely on your goodwill to utilise this concession fairly.

Often the concept of undertaking a change in administrators can be laborious but we can demonstrate how it can be completed with a minimum of fuss as we handle the vast majority of the work.

Note that this offer is for advisers and accountants representing fund trustees. It is not available to fund trustees direct.
